Prices

Two people can sleep in every room, but the price is intended for the renting of a room.

Single price: 60,00€ a room.

1) PRICE FOR A SINGLE ROOM: if a room is occupied by one person, we apply a discount of 15€ to the cost of the room;

2) EXTRA BED: for children under ten, the price for the extra bed is 10€

3) FAMILY DISCOUNT: for families of three or more adults (children of more than 10 years included) or when more than a room is requiring, we apply a discount of 20% on the total price.

The confirmation of the reservation is welcome, via mail or by fax +39 041 415543, at least five days before the arrival.

The check in will be within 18.30 while the check out will be within 10.30 in the day of the departure.
